If you cannot add item to your shopping cart it means the item are not currently in stock or are currently unavailable for another reason.

- I went to checkout at Amazon and received the message "Unfortunately we cannot ship this item to your address", why?
This is because not all items advertised on amazon are able to be shipped to Australia. This can be for a number of reasons such as exclusive licensing rights, Australian government import restrictions and Warranty issues.

We are located in Adelaide, SA. But all items are ordered directly through Amazon USA.

- Is this a drop ship website?
