• After I click on 'Add to Shopping Cart' the cart remains empty, whats wrong?

  If you cannot add item to your shopping cart it means the item are not currently in stock or are currently unavailable for another reason.

• Why am I taken to Amazon when I click on 'Proceed to Checkout'?

  ARW.net.au is an Amazon associate. As such we advertise Amazon products and receive a small commission from Amazon when items are ordered on Amazon via our website.

• I went to checkout at Amazon and received the message "Unfortunately we cannot ship this item to your address", why?

  This is because not all items advertised on amazon are able to be shipped to Australia. This can be for a number of reasons such as exclusive licensing rights, Australian government import restrictions and Warranty issues.

• Where are you located?

  We are located in Adelaide, SA. But all items are ordered directly through Amazon USA.

• What information do you store about my purchase?

  None! Orders are processed directly through Amazon. Arw.net.au does not require or store your personal and / or financial information.

• Is this a drop ship website?

  No. We do not order products on your belhalf from suppliers. You order directly through Amazon. This website is merely advertising products available from Amazon. As such you have the security of a large and trusted online retailer

• Who can I contact to ask questions about a product?

  All questions relating to products, payment and deliveries will need to be directed to Amazon directly.
